The room was spacious, had a full kitchen like a restaurant, and a comfortable sofa bed. The hotel staff really stood out, especially the friendly woman at breakfast, she made sure everything was stocked.

I loved the spacious two-bedroom suite which was perfect for our group. The hotel's proximity to downtown Des Moines allowed us to easily explore local restaurants and attractions. The evening gatherings with generous snacks and drinks were a highlight, creating a nice social atmosphere. One downside was the high parking fee, which added to our overall costs.

We stayed in a King Studio with Sofa Bed. The layout was cool, with a kitchen area that was nice for hanging out. But the mattress was pretty soft, and I wasn't a fan of the pillows either. The window view looked out onto a brick wall, which was honestly a drag. It just felt a bit outdated for a Marriott. The bathroom was decent size, though!

Nice hotel with great amenities like fast wi-fi, a cute 24-hour reception, and a pleasant indoor swimming pool. I fondly remember how the staff helped my elderly parents during our first visit. I'm eager to return for my next trip.

But honestly, the toilet paper holder was sagging like it was auditioning for a soap opera! And with all that space, I still couldn't find my forehead in the morning, too much room for me!
